Privacy Policy

JinCompany SaaS (hereinafter "Company") complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws, and establishes and discloses the following privacy policy to safely process users' personal information.

Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information)

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information will not be used for purposes other than those specified below, and if the purpose changes, separate consent will be obtained.

  • Membership registration and management: Identity verification, member identification, contract conclusion/maintenance/termination, and service eligibility management
  • Service provision: Unity plugin-based bug reporting infrastructure, bug report data (video, logs, screenshots) storage and management, Jira integration
  • Onboarding and service optimization: Customized service environment configuration using company name, team size, engine, and game genre information
  • Customer inquiries and complaint handling: Reception and processing of user inquiries, dispute resolution record keeping

Article 2 (Items and Methods of Personal Information Collection)

  • Email sign-up: Email address, name (nickname)
  • Google OAuth login: Google account email, name, profile photo URL
  • Service usage: Access IP address, service usage history, access logs, cookies

Article 3 (Retention and Destruction Period)

The Company processes and retains personal information within the retention period stipulated by law or agreed upon when collecting personal information.

  • Member information: Until account deletion. A 30-day data export period is provided after withdrawal, then permanently destroyed.
  • Statutory retention: Contract/payment records 5 years, dispute records 3 years, access logs minimum 1 year (E-Commerce Act, Personal Information Safety Standards)

Article 4 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)

The Company entrusts personal information processing to the following external specialists for smooth service provision.

Article 5 (Third-Party Provision of Personal Information)

Only when a user directly activates the Jira integration feature, name, email, and bug report content are provided to Atlassian (Jira). Users who do not enable integration will not have their information shared with Atlassian. Information may be provided by law when requested by investigative authorities through legal procedures.

Article 8 (Rights and Methods of Exercise)

Users may exercise the following rights at any time. Requests are processed within 10 days of receipt via email (rekonops.dev@gmail.com).

  • Request to view personal information processing status
  • Request correction in case of errors
  • Request deletion (except when collection is mandatory under other laws)
  • Request suspension of processing

Article 10 (Cookie Operation and Refusal)

The Company uses only cookies essential for service use. Authentication session cookie (sb-*): maintains Supabase login session, up to 7 days. Language preference cookie (locale): remembers user language settings, 1 year. Refusing authentication cookies may restrict service use.

Article 6 (International Transfer of Personal Information)

The Company transfers personal information abroad for service provision, under lawful grounds pursuant to Article 28-8 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 7 (Destruction of Personal Information)

The Company destroys personal information without delay when the retention period expires or the processing purpose is fulfilled.

  • Electronic files: deleted using irrecoverable technical methods (Secure Delete, data overwriting)
  • Paper documents: shredded or incinerated

Article 11 (Privacy Officer)

The Company designates a Privacy Officer to oversee personal information processing and handle user complaints and relief.
