Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the conditions and procedures for using the Rekon service provided by RekonOps (hereinafter "Company"), and stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 1 (Purpose)

Rekon is a bug reporting infrastructure service for Unity game development teams. When a bug occurs in play mode, it automatically captures video/logs/screenshots and saves them to a web dashboard, with optional Jira issue registration.

Article 4 (Service Eligibility)

Account registration is required to use the service.

  • The service is available to adults aged 19 or older, or legal entities.
  • You may sign up with an email address or Google OAuth account. The service uses Google OAuth authentication and does not store separate passwords.
  • Users must register with their real identity and are responsible for maintaining the security of their account information.

Article 5 (Service Plans and Fees)

The Company offers Free, Team, and Enterprise plans. Team plan is ₩20,000/seat/month (monthly) or ₩16,000/seat/month (annual). All fees are exclusive of VAT.

  • Free Plan: Free (permanent), with feature limitations
  • Team Plan: ₩20,000/seat/month (monthly) | ₩16,000/seat/month (annual)
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing (contact for quote)

Articles 7-8 (Billing and Refunds)

Subscription fees are automatically charged on the billing date via TossPayments or StepPay. Subscriptions auto-renew according to the selected billing cycle (monthly or annual).

Article 13 (Service Changes and Interruption)

The Company may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, equipment replacement, or service improvements. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance; emergency cases may be communicated after the fact.

Article 19 (Intellectual Property)

All intellectual property rights related to the service belong to the Company. Intellectual property rights of customer data created by users through the service belong to the users.

Article 15 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by user fault, unrealized profits expected by users, disputes between users, etc. However, cases caused by the Company's intentional acts or gross negligence are excluded.

Article 20 (Dispute Resolution)

These terms are interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall first be resolved through sincere consultation, and if not resolved, may be submitted to a dispute resolution body (Korea Consumer Agency, etc.).

Article 3 (Effect and Changes to Terms)

These terms take effect upon posting on the service or notification to users. General changes: notified 7 days before effective date. Changes unfavorable to users: notified 30 days before effective date. Users may cancel their subscription before the effective date of unfavorable changes.

Article 12 (Service Restrictions and Termination)

The Company may restrict or terminate the service contract in the following cases. The Company will provide prior notice and opportunity to explain before restricting service.

  • Security threats such as hacking or malware distribution
  • Actions that interfere with normal service operation
  • Identity theft, false information submission
  • Failure to pay fees within the specified period

Account Deletion and Data Processing

  • Members may delete their account at any time through the settings page.
  • A 30-day data export period is provided after withdrawal, after which customer data is permanently deleted.
  • The refund policy applies when deleting an account while on a paid subscription.
