Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

This is the Refund Policy for the Rekon service operated by JinCompany SaaS (hereinafter "Company"). This policy applies to paid plan subscribers of the Rekon service.

Article 1 (Scope) — Free Plan

The free plan is provided at no cost, so refund provisions do not apply.

Article 2 (Refund Conditions by Plan)

Team Plan (Monthly Subscription)

Team Plan (Annual Subscription)

Example: If you request cancellation after 3 months of an annual subscription, you will receive a refund for the remaining 9 months.

Enterprise Plan

Subject to separate contract terms; the refund provisions specified in the contract take precedence.

Article 5 (Non-Refundable Situations)

  • Restriction due to Terms violation: No refund if the account is restricted or suspended due to a Terms of Service violation.
  • Force majeure: No refund for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, war, government regulations, communication failures, or other events beyond Rekon's control.
  • Mid-cycle seat changes: Immediate refunds for mid-cycle seat changes are not provided; adjustments are reflected in the next billing amount.

Article 4 (Refund Process)

To request a refund, please follow these steps.

Send a refund request email to rekonops.dev@gmail.com. Required: account email, subscription plan, reason for refund.

JinCompany SaaS will review and approve the refund within 3 business days of receipt.

After approval, TossPayments will process the cancellation. Allow an additional 3-7 business days for the credit card refund (varies by card issuer policy).

Article 6 (Payment Methods)

Payments are processed via TossPayments and StepPay. Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
